Materials & Quality Process
The material types you can inquire about, how grades and specifications are confirmed, and how quality documents and pre-shipment checks are coordinated for orders from China.
Material Types & Typical Uses
Below are the five material types you can inquire about. Specific grades and specifications are not published here — they are confirmed with the production and supply teams per inquiry.
Aluminum
Lightweight parts with good machinability — brackets, housings, plates, and structural components where weight matters.
Stainless Steel
Corrosion-resistant parts for humid, outdoor, or hygiene-sensitive environments — fittings, shafts, and fasteners.
Carbon Steel
Cost-effective structural and wear parts — shafts, pins, blocks, and components that may require heat treatment.
Copper
Conductive and wear-resistant parts — bushings, electrical connectors, and sliding contact components.
Engineering Plastics
Insulating, low-friction, or corrosion-proof parts — spacers, wear pads, and non-metallic covers.
How Grades & Specifications Are Confirmed
Material grades, standards, and stock specifications are confirmed per inquiry with the production and supply teams. When you submit a requirement, indicate the material type and, if known, the grade or standard you expect (for example via your drawing or specification).
We then confirm with the supplying resource whether that grade is available or what equivalent can be offered, and communicate the result before quotation. No grade availability is assumed or published in advance.
Coordinating Supplier Quality Documents
Quality documents such as material certificates and inspection reports are issued by the supplying factory, not by Jinjiuhui. We are a trading and sourcing coordination company and do not operate our own testing laboratory or hold product certifications on behalf of suppliers.
Before production, we confirm with the supplying factory which document types it can provide for your order. Where documents are available, we coordinate their delivery together with the order. Document availability, format, and any associated cost are confirmed in advance — please state your document requirements at the inquiry stage.
Inspection Requirements & Pre-Shipment Checks
- 1
State your inspection requirements (dimensions, quantity, marking, documents) at the inquiry stage.
- 2
Requirements are agreed with the supplying factory before production starts.
- 3
Available inspection reports or material certificates are coordinated with the order.
- 4
Before shipment, quantity, marking, and packing are checked against the order confirmation.
- 5
Packing method, labeling, and shipping marks are confirmed with you before dispatch.
Communicating Special Quality Requirements
If your order has special quality requirements — such as specific sampling levels, third-party inspection, special packaging, or additional documentation — raise them when you submit the inquiry, not after production has started.
We communicate special requirements to the supplying factory and confirm feasibility and any associated cost before you place the order. Requirements that cannot be met are flagged honestly during the inquiry rather than assumed.
